Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to issue a refund only if there is an issue with the product quality.
We do not cover breakage as part of our refund policy. We ensure that our products are properly packaged when shipped out. However, a few
of our products are fragile, and may encounter some breakage while being shipped. Moreover, handling of the packages by delivery personnel is something that is not under our control.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. If you'd like to add products, please place a new order.
Shipping Policy
Our pan-India orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
We may use our own delivery channel or third-party delivery channel to deliver the orders. Delivery
charges and their imposition / removal are subject to change from time to time. Delivery location - radius, city,
time and charges are subject to change from time to time, as per Proprietorship’s policy.
